The gift of swimming is one of the best things you could give to your child.  The swim lessons at the White Plains Y can help to instill aquatic confidence in both of you.  Starting at age 3 months, you can enroll your child in our swim lessons.  Our progressive curriculum, small classes and great instructors create a well-rounded program that will have your child sharpen this life-long skill. In addition to swim lessons, the White Plains Y has family swim times throughout the week to encourage families to enjoy swimming together.
